Workshop 6.3 - Shaping the metaverse - first use cases & ecosystem from Berlin

Let's move beyond local hotspots and take the metaverse a nodge further. Let’s think pan European synergies.

How you benefit:

By the end of this workshop, you will have first insights into what constitutes the metaverse and at what level of development we are at. You will have seen use cases and have the opportunity to extend your network in the European metaverse ecosystem.

What you can expect:

We will start with a short introduction to approaches of understanding the metaverse, followed by presentations of various use cases. You will get to know great contact person for the relevant technologies behind the metaverse – XR (represented by the Virtual Reality Berlin-Brandenburg Association) and blockchain (represented by BerChain).

A Q&A session offers you the chance to throw in your questions. We would then like to address the question on how we can advance a European vision of the metaverse together as relevant players in the field and become active parts in the metaverse.
